Our good friends were so pleased with their experience we hired AWS to do our entire home (sans two windows). Their reps are always professional, responsive and friendly. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, always making himself available for any questions we had. The wait was long because, well, we live in a rapidly growing area, but the windows we chose (they have several types, quality, manufacturers YOU choose from) are solid and I love that they were made in the USA. Sarasota to be exact. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was taking advantage of the My Safe Florida Home program and I didn't know how much I would love my new windows. The impact slider windows without grids are my favorite. The quality of the products are top notch, you can tell the difference between the cheaper windows and the ones Affordable Window Systems sell. The office staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. The lead time was shorter than quoted. The installation team was professional and punctual. I love that they covered my surrounding furniture and cleaned up after themselves. My inspection was scheduled soon after my installation. Windows were just installed and are beautiful! Waiting for them to come back out to fix some flaws in the vinyl in several windows and did find one window with a flaw in the glass but I’m sure they will fix all items upon next visit. Initial inspection is done but another is needed after fixes are completed. It was nice to see how the install team all worked together to get the job done. They did a fair job of cleaning up once they finished.
