We ordered our high impact replacement windows last April and planned to have them installed in our home in Cape Coral upon our return from the North in the fall. The windows are in now and we’re very pleased with them, only four days after our return. Ginger and Dawn were very helpful keeping us updated during the summer as well as scheduling and rescheduling the date for installation. Valter was the lead installer and did a great job. He called ahead to let us know his arrival time and showed us how to clean the windows easily. I had Anthony and his crew out today to replace a window, they were on time, professional and did a great job. They covered everything and cleaned up like they were never here. I had a couple minor issues from a previous install and they took care of those as well. I would highly recommend them.

Working with this company was very easy. Our salesperson was on time, answered our questions and was not pushy. From phone calls from Dawn who was extremely friendly and helpful to Anthony Perez and his crew of installers, it was a positive experience. Anthony called ahead and was on time, he and his crew introduced themselves and were friendly and polite. Anthony took his time going over the mechanics of the windows and paperwork.
