“My boyfriend and I decided to change eye doctors and go to his mother's optometrist. He was very helpful and answered all questions and the eye exam was splendid. The receptionist was nice and accommodating to our needs. It took a few weeks to get our glasses in. But it was worth every minute. The new glasses are not only stylish but very helpful. They feel like a brand new pair of eyes. My boyfriend was happy with his as well. And we both ordered contact lenses as well, those should be coming in this week. I'm so glad we changed optometrists. I will definitely recommend Dr. Jacobson to anyone else who needs the best service. Two thumbs up“

“I have a very difficult prescription and most opticals in Dade county could not do the lenses. Stefan is a true professional and worked very hard with the lab to get it done right. It was frustrating because it took about 3 weeks the first time it was not done correctly. However it was Baskin Palmer that got it wrong and a second prescription was needed.After 2 weeks it was done correctly. It is my understanding that this undertaking is labor intensive because any miscalculation will damage or break the the lenses and would need to be started again. The entire staff is hard working and very attentive and they were constantly calling me and providing updates.I highly recommend this optical and they do great work.“
