Dr. Chen is amazing - he's been my doctor for years. He is so patient and takes the time to explain everything to me. I love him so much both of my teenagers are now patients too - and that's a big deal because they are tough critics. Patty and Kim are amazing as well. They always patiently help me pick my new glasses...and there's always an amazing variety (my designer loving pinkies up self has an amazing collection, but there's also solid affordable choices). I'm most impressed that they were able to help my son learn how to use his contacts . The office is friendly and runs on time - Dr. Chen has an amazing team.

Went here after urgent care told me I didn’t have a cut in my eye and sent me home with eye drops. Dr Chen found out I did have a cut on my eye and it was infected because of the eye drops bottom line Dr Chen saved my eye and had me good in a week.

Dr. Chen is hands-down the best eye doctor I've ever been to. I've gone to him for years, though at his Sunset location previously. Exceptionally knowledgeable and personable, I will never trust my eyes to another (unless he ever retires, of course). And his staff- all friendly, all welcoming. All in all, just an amazing experience (as eye exams go). I like the office so much that when I thought they didn't take my new insurance, I didn't care. He was worth paying for. Fortunately, because, again, his staff is awesome, they figured out my insurance is accepted, so yay.
