I have a very difficult prescription and most opticals in Dade county could not do the lenses. Stefan is a true professional and worked very hard with the lab to get it done right. It was frustrating because it took about 3 weeks the first time it was not done correctly. However it was Baskin Palmer that got it wrong and a second prescription was needed.After 2 weeks it was done correctly. It is my understanding that this undertaking is labor intensive because any miscalculation will damage or break the the lenses and would need to be started again. I'm so happy with my glasses! I had my own frames but needed to swap out my lenses. I'd called a few other businesses to get a quote, but Specs Appeal offered me a lower price than several of the big chain stores. When I stopped in for a quote, I was greeted immediately by someone, paid, and left the store within five minutes. Another friendly employee called to tell me that my glasses were ready about three days later. They would have been ready sooner, but I requested specialty lenses, which had to be ordered. I will definitely return to Specs Appeal for my family's future optical needs. :)

Have been using Specs Appeal Optical for around 15 years for all my glasses (TV, computer, & sunglasses). Both the owners, Chris and Karen are amazing! Their priority is always the clients needs and they will do everything to make sure you have the best lenses and glasses. Even though I moved away from Miami, Chris continues to work with my current eye doctor. Between all the frame manufacturers they carry, Chris & Karen, and the other employees, the combination equals a success every time. You will never go wrong with Specs Appeal Optical.
