“Exceptional service, professionalism and dedicated aides and office personnel who really care and go above and beyond.
To start, we needed someone last minute for an emergency and even though it was an unreasonable request I thought I would ask, not expecting it could happen, but they made it happen and had someone show up within just a few hours notice and she is excellent! Giselle is incredibly patient and caring and very skilled at working with patients that are difficult. We have needed coverage at other times and are very happy with the hime health aides.
Yolanda has been wonderful. Lidia is absolutely amazing. Today was her day off and we had a situation. Lidia showed up at the house to help immediately. When she left, we had yet another unexpected emergency and when contacted she came back again. This level of support is above and beyond and so greatly appreciated. The situation was very stressful. I am out often town and there was a bit of a panic so they called Lidia and she came back it made a world of difference in being able to manage the situation. It is almost impossible to find someone so dedicated these days. I was already impressed with her and her level of care and this is even more.
I also want to give the office personnel, Annie and Sophia, appreciation as well. They are excellent! Annie was on top of a situation today and found a solution immediately and Sophia is also very responsive and gets things done quickly and easily.
Everything thing we need and any concern we have is always handled with professionalism, urgency and in a manner of truly caring about the patient and our needs.
This is such a great help in so many ways. We appreciate everyone on the team.“
