This agency was referred to me by an employee who worked for them. She stated that they were very professional and organized. I switched my mother's care from a previous agency over to Neighborhood Home Health Services based on that recommendation and have never regretted that decision. The owner is very accessible and does everything in his power to meet our needs. The Home Health Aides that he has sent to care for my mother are the sweetest, most caring souls that know exactly how to provide care, comfort, and safety to their clients. I highly recommend this agency.
I've been a patient of this agency for over 8 years now and in my opinion it's been an amazing service so far. Even the owner answers your calls a shows interest in your well-being.
