“My sister rents from progress residential and they called your company and no one showed up nor a phone call. Let’s also put this out there she 11 months pregnant. I also let me put this out there the house as of right now The AC is still broken and no phone call and it’s Sunday and it’s 100 plus outside. I am still waiting for someone to call me Monday morning. You will be hearing from my attorney.I have changed from 1 star to 4 stars I will change it to 5 when my sister unit gets replaced.they did come this morning and a just changed the fan motor. So we will see.“

The parts I needed to repair my clothes washer were shipped to my home in advance so Richard was able to complete the repair without any problems. “We purchased our AC unit from them 2 years ago. No issues. Last night, our AC suddenly stopped working. We called and left a message. This morning we were told a technician would arrive between 1pm - 2pm. At 12:30pm, the technicians arrived and found the problem. While they ordered the part (under warranty), they temporarily fixed it and we had AC. At 5pm, they returned with the new part and a permanent fix. They were responsive, prompt and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!“

“We’ve always had issues with our turbo chef ovens. Le grand is the place to call. They are a little old school with scheduling and sometimes that’s an issue but no matter what they always show up. We’ve been using their services for the last 4 years and they always take care of us at all of our location. Don’t call anyone else. They have the best service and best prices!“

“I am receiving the worst customer service from this company. Wrong parts ordered that were shipped to my home to be stored for my scheduled service, instead of the repair man bringing them. When the repair man left after discovering they were the wrong parts, he left them here for me to store again. The company will schedule a morning appointment, then text you an afternoon appt. Correct parts were ordered but not shipped to me. The hours I was scheduled for this appointment was between 12:30 pm and- 5:00 pm. No show of repairmen, but shows up at 6:45 pm. He came with out any parts!!! Had to reschedule again. Requested morning. They sent an email for an afternoon appointment again. They do not listen to my request. They have their own agenda and the manager does not return my calls. Lowe’s needs to fire this company.“
