Clothes come back spotless, soft and smelling clean, not like cheap detergent. The folding is insanely consistent, you can tell they have a real standard for how everything is done. Shirts are stacked neatly, pants are folded the same way every time and even socks are paired up and organized. It makes putting everything away fast and weirdly satisfying. They also give you options. You can choose premium detergents, fabric softener or fragrance free depending on what you like or what your family needs. I have used them for regular clothes, bedding, towels and bulky items and every single load has been handled properly and labeled clearly. On top of pickup and delivery, the laundromat itself is clean, bright and modern. The machines are newer, the place feels safe, and there are clear signs and helpful attendants if you need anything. For people who want to drop off, the wash and fold service at the store is just as good as the pickup and delivery. Pricing is very fair for the level of service, and the time it frees up is huge.
