The alteration service that I received for my granddaughters 5th Birthday party dress was beyond reproach. Lupe did an outstanding job! The staff went completely out of the way to help us during a crisis since we received my granddaughter’s dress late via mail order. Lupe had her hands full with other alterations and still managed to complete the dress to perfection in literally less then a day. I was so busy and completely forgot to pick up the dress before closing. 5 stars only because they are really nice people. I might give them one star for quality of work. I had 2 shirts to be hemmed to a length I specified. They apparently had to send them out to be done. When I picked them up and got home, I measured both shirts and they were shorter than what I specified. They wrote the correct length on a paper tag attached to the shirts, but it looks like whoever hemmed them took the measurement from a different spot than where it is supposed to. No point bringing it back because I seriously don't think they are going to pay for the shirts to be replaced.Service: Alterations

I came here after having tried two other shops in the area for alterations- specifically bringing in the waist of jeans, all three pairs being the same brand and size, which has made comparison between the three alterations clearer. While all three altered my jeans in the way I requested, this business provided the best alteration by far, to the point that the pair they altered is significantly more comfortable to wear. Apart from having rendered a higher-quality service, their prices are competitive and customer service is excellent.
