I found the customer service to be outstanding and the cleaning was excellent. My concern is the price. To dry clean a dress that cost $40 for $15 is crazy. Dry cleaning costs are way too expensive. If you lower your prices, I may use you more.

I am a bit of a dry cleaning snob. I have used services all over in the US and internationally, and all I can say is that they are amazing. They fix the most random stuff, communicate if there is something unclear, and are honest about if there is something that can’t be fixed. Extremely customer focused and they do a darn good job!

I went in because I had an emergency and Rob got me in and got it done and done in time for me to have my suit for my dad’s funeral. Amazing team. I will definitely go back. I really appreciate the service and the work was phenomenal.
