“I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment).
