“Miss Rhonda helped me from check in through my first ever platelet donation process this week and was incredible. She was kind and patient and answered all my nerdy questions :) She loves her job and it shows!!! The facility was clean and well kept and the whole team that was on that day were in high spirits, taking great care of the donors, laughing, and showing gratitude for the donations given. It was a wonderful experience top to bottom!“

“This is a great place, the staff is amazing and they give lunch at 12 pm and sometimes they have breakfast also. They have activities like zumba, domino celebrations for special occasions!! I highly recommend this place. They only take medicare. The other patients are very friendly.“

“Nice establishment for 64+ located in Winter Haven & also location in Lakeland. This isn't my company only invited to look at establishment. There is so many places to choose from it can be confusing. As we all start maturing it's good to have so many things offered under one roof. Not all of these establishments benefits are included so make sure before accepting.“

Side note-
Today “Miriam” did a transvaginal UltraSound on me and although she was great at informing me each step she took during the procedure, she was very dry as far as personality and not so friendly. She also did not thank me once or say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her. It’s not a fun procedure to have done in the first place but when someone doesn’t make you feel very welcome or try to be comforting, it’s even more nerve wracking.“
