My had monogram over a month ago that required MRI followup. The MRI was done about two weeks ago. My wife called twice. The first call was a week after the MRI. To date, we have not been notified of the results of these tests This is a violation of Florida's Patient Bill of Rights.
This medical facility has good Drs and nurses, good lab dept, the only down side: their office staff, very unprofessional, sometimes a bit rude with patients. Will be a fantastic facility if they hire, trained and paid personnel with people skills.
The clinic staff is extremely attentive and very efficient. I just called the board and asked to speak in Spanish and they transferred me to Betsaida and they were very responsible and effective in helping me verify my appointments.. thank you very much for the help
