“I’ve been going to see this doctor for years and years. Primarily when I’m sick with a cold, virus, or my usual sinus infections I get during hey fever season when everything is blooming and pollen is everywhere. Before I lived on the south side I’d drive from North Lakeland when I was sick and knew I needed a z-pack, antibiotics, or steroids for a sinusitis. I’d drive 25 minutes to see him because I knew I would be in and out with my prescription I needed to feel better in no time.This is a no frills doctors office. He doesn’t need a hour to figure out what ails most people bc he’s been doing this for so long. This doctors office is not a place I’d go for heart attack symptoms, broken bones, or anything that needed labs and serious work done. Honestly if you do go to a place like this for that I’m questioning your reasonings because it’s obviously not an emergency room or a specialized medical facility. It’s the place to go when you know exactly what you have and you need medication.Some of these reviews are laughable and it shows how our society needs to be treated with kid gloves or else they cry like a baby because the Dr. doesn’t want to make small talk. He’s always been professional and direct with me and that’s all that is needed. Just because he’s not talkative doesn’t make him rude. He just doesn’t like small talk while he’s working. I don’t blame him.One more thing I have to say is about a review in here. To the person that is calling the medical board because there are junkie looking people in the office and you think something is nefarious going on. You need to get a life, stop judging others, and making remarks about people you don’t know can be harmful. It’s called defamation and in certain situations you can be sued for spreading misinformation and lies. Why do you care anyways?!? One last thing, you do realize that addicts don’t always looks like addicts. So you should stop judging others on what they look like. But shallow, judgmental, busybodies like yourself have a hard time focusing on their own miserable lives instead they prefer to gossip, spread misinformation, and play the victim whenever possible.“

“I was visiting Lakeland and needed to see a Dr. for an infection that couldn't wait until I got home to Oregon. None of the urgent care centers near me had very good ratings so I chose the one that was closest to my hotel and I'm glad I did. Watson South is spacious, clean, modern, well staffed. The staff is efficient and friendly. Most importantly, I was seen by Dr. Wells within about 30-40 minutes (which is very good for urgent care.). He was professional, thorough and helpful. Because he knew my husband and I were leaving the area within 1 to 2 hours. he gave me a paper script so I could take it to the a pharmacy that could fill it the quickest. (It was a Sunday morning so some were closed). This worked very well for us. The woman who greeted me as I entered (and handed me paperwork to fill out) Urgent Care was helpful and friendly also. (I think her name is Christine but I'm not sure.) I rate them 5 out of 5!“

“Have been coming here for about 6 months from LRH Wound Care for a second opinion, in which I thank god I did. Dr Pham immediately after first appointment had scheduled all proper procedures and tests to find I had an infection for over 2 years while going to LRH in Lakeland for that entire time them never telling me, even after explanation of all symptoms, also had asked for every test under the sun.So I am very glad I had come here. From my doc, especially the nurses are very outgoing and always listening to all of my concerns. Had also started hyperbaric therapy, omg after 7 sessions already seeing results. The hyperbaric nurse is just as tremendous as all the other nurses and staff here!Recommend over LRH Wound Center on Harden Boulevard any day!!“
