Our technician, Nick, arrived that afternoon. Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and had the supplies brought over to repair it so we didn't have another cold night ahead. He also took care of servicing our unit while he was here. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and for the extra-mile-service, the price was great as well.
