“I sent in a maintenance request to the company that manages my house (I rent) late yesterday (Sunday) that my A/C was dripping badly on the inside. Props to that company too. It is Union Properties of Gainesville.I got a text that their A/C vendor would be at my house this morning, and he would call me first. Note that this is the day before July 4th! Lance from Niehaus called at 9:30 a.m., and he was at my house 15 minutes later. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, all within about 20 minutes. He was very personable and courteous.I am so grateful to Lance and Rachel at Union Properties. I know what it's like to be in this hot Gainesville July weather without air conditioning. A friend told me Lance has been in the business for 26+ years. He's a real professional.“
“Excellent response and reliable service. Fair price and great job on putting another cold air return in a back bedroom. They even fixed the insulation that cable guys tore down when they ran the cable a few years back. I even signed up for yearly service that includes air filter replacement and twice a year maintenance!“

“We were referred to David and his company by some friends for the installation of a new HVAC unit. Unfortunately David isn't doing system installs anymore (at least for the moment) and wasn't available for the job......so how can I rate him 5 stars?He took the time to answer ALL of my questions (over two separate phone calls) despite knowing full well that he wasn't getting any business from me. He was able to help me decide between two very close proposals and gave me the information I needed to make a clear and informed choice! While he may not be available for what we needed he still does maintenance and other services and I can't see how you'd go wrong with him! While I'm sure he isn't in the business of giving out free information every time someone calls he took time out of his day for me with nothing in it for him and I was very impressed by that. Highly professional and extremely courteous.“
