I’ve had a few encounters w/ this company and they don’t fail in impressing me ! Had 2 new units installed and one compressor was faulty ( manufacturing issue not theirs) and they came out same day bc I had guests coming into town, they deciphered the problem and went out of their way to find another one instead of waiting a week to order one . Staff is courteous , professional and knowledgeable ! I would recommend them to anyone .
We always get great fast service from Wilson's! We've been a customer for years and made friendships with a few of the techs. It's nice to know we're but just an account or a customer, we're treated like family!
Wilson Heat & Air is awesome. I called on a Monday, my air conditioner quit working. They came that day to try and fix it. After 35 years it finally broke.Friday morning they were at my house putting in a new one. Everyone was amazing. Thank you all so much!
