Very courteous and details to help me understand options for replacement or maintenance! They serviced my unit last month and found that it was overcharged…from another service provider in May. The technician spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly checking pressures, amps, coils etc. Since this service and now with correct pressure levels my unit is running more efficient. I use a Nest thermostat that shows during days of similar summer heat that my unit is running 3-5 hours less per day over the past four weeks. “Have used them multiple times for multiple locations. They show up the same day or the next day. In one case other companies could not find a leak they did and that unit has never leaked again.“

“Had an issue with our original cleaning, one unit was not cleaned well and requested them to come back. Only did this due to a strong odor of mold after the cleaning. Took off the faceplate to find it was not cleaned or anything. They agreed and gave my wife a 9 am time slot. She took off work and they continued to push the time right until 4pm/ closing with no return calls. This review will change if we receive a call back or they show up within the time slot or window in the future. They never called back but showed up late. They were friendly and fixed the issue. No complaints and happy with overall service. Will use again in the future.“
