My AC stopped working on a Sunday night so I called to make an appointment. I planned to just leave a message but as surprised when they answered the call. The owner said he could come out the same day to get it working but I said the next day would be fine, he set an appointment for the next morning. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Wow, been in the keys for 20 years and I’ve never been so impressed by any service company as I am by 5 Star. Chris answered the phone on a Sunday (wow again!) and his tech, Joel was onsite within 2 hours. Joel was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He got our AC back up and running in 5 minutes. I’m a client for life now, and I’m relieved to have an HVAC company I can trust. I’ll be doing my maintenance with them forever. 5 STARS, 100% recommendServices: HVAC system repair
