We have been using them for years and great service. Rently, our old unit went out while a hurricane was passing by. Not only did they answer the phone, but they also had a new unit up in the running in amazing time. Service like this is hard to find anymore and should be noted.

We called several different Air Conditioner businesses because we knew we needed to replace our aging AC. American Cooling Service gave us great quote, answered the thousand questions we had and did the installation in one day. Their quote was most reasonable one we received and they are local to the keys. That was important to us.Prior to the new ac being installed, we had a little problem with our aging ac so we called them to come look at the aging one. Their serviceman arrived within 2 hours of our call and within 15 min figured out what was wrong with the unit. It was an electrical problem. He told exactly what to tell our electricians.
