“We took our feral porch kitty to AAH after she stopped eating for a week and was very weak. We feared the worst, and didn't want to spend a ton of money and energy on curing her. The team had a great attitude, kept us completely informed of our options and costs, AND brought her back back to health within hours. We'll be back IF we can get her back in the carrier ever. LOL!“

“Clean and friendly environment and staff. Great Doctors but disappointed in one tech who trimmed my dogs nails way to short causing them to bleed. He had never given anyone trouble trimming his nails through all his 8 years! There was no apology or anything (not even telling me she had cut his quicks) other than telling me that my dog gave the tech some trouble. He will not be going back.“
“My two kitties were in for their annual checkup. Staff is courteous, loving to animals and did their best to make frightened kitties feel safe and at ease. Listened to what you tell them about animals health and made recommendations to resolve any issues. The biggest of course was the treats during and after exam, and all the petting and petting and petting while all the invasive stuff was going on. This is the first time my little female kitty was not terrified and she is 15years old. Thank you Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital. Was easy to get an appointment and prices were reasonable.“

“The Cat Clinic is a special place. The veterinarians and staff really take their time with you and your kitty, they really care. No other animals to frighten your cat and the appointments are spaced apart so little crossover.“
“Love love love these guys, the are fast to respond and are very caring. Dr. Bridget is my vet for my two horses. Her and her assistant have great bedside manner and always have great personalities. I highly recommend using this clinic and their vets ! They are the best.“
“The second experience there, with my animal was much better than the first.Some things to keep in mind, if you have a sensory processing deficit:1. Get there early enough and with someone to where one of you can take the seat next to the chairs with the natural light in front of the check in desk.2. Be sure vet records are sent from a previous vet before the appointment.3. Write down everything you need to convey, in case there is a barking dog, like this morning (I don’t blame the dog, I was stressed, too). But, without writing everything down in advance, I would have forgotten important details. The dog who was barking was adorable.4. Be sure to wear sensory “dampening” gear you normally need at a Walmart.5. If it is busy in the lobby, ask if you can sit outside. One lady was kind enough to do that today.They will treat you with understanding if they know where you are coming from. I look forward to bringing my Luna (bulldog) and Golden Snitch here again. I hope they will let me drop him off even if he doesn’t need to be sedated. The lobby was much more calm at that pick up time than when I brought him in the mid afternoon.“
“Love this place. Dr. Woodham is a well practiced and knowledgable doctor who cares more about your pet than about nickel and diming like other places. He's top notch and I highly recommend this practice. The vet assistant is so gentle and loving in handling your pet as if it's her own, not to mention stunningly attractive, but your pet is in good hands here.“

The front office staff is kind and welcoming and they are great with scheduling. The office is always super clean and smells nice, and the wait is always reasonable. Drs Jones and Bernardo and their clinical staff are also top notch, these people have been angels on earth. They have done grooming, cared for my pets routine health issues and have helped us navigate more serious things that required a specialist. They explain everything, never have hidden fees, are upfront and realistic with all sides of care while remaining compassionate. The doctors even call personally to follow up with me and check on my pets. I really can’t say enough great things about mandarin vet clinic.“
