“My two kitties were in for their annual checkup. Staff is courteous, loving to animals and did their best to make frightened kitties feel safe and at ease. Listened to what you tell them about animals health and made recommendations to resolve any issues. The biggest of course was the treats during and after exam, and all the petting and petting and petting while all the invasive stuff was going on. This is the first time my little female kitty was not terrified and she is 15years old. Thank you Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital. Was easy to get an appointment and prices were reasonable.“

Even though the diagnosis was about the worst possible news, their approach was direct and fair. Very compassionate. Some of the front staff seemed unhappy to be there but still giving 5 stars because Dr Mike and Bobby offset the difference by miles.“
