“Shout out to ALL the staff at Black Creek! We have tried other vets, but they have all failed in comparison to the outstanding service and caring we've received from Black Creek Veterinary Hospital! They have always been there for us and our pets when we've needed emergency services, when all others vets in the area have blown us off. They listen to your concerns and are never pushy, and that's important to us. And make no mistake, they aren't out to empty your pocket book! We've been charged much more for fewer services by vets whose offices aren't friendly to the owners, are not nearly as clean as Black Creek's, and the doctors have superiority complexes. You will NEVER have this experience with the wonderful doctors and staff at Black Creek! Their doctors are extremely caring, their clinics are clean, well maintained, and they smell good! As I've said, we've tried other vets closer to our home, but we always end up taking our pets back to Black Creek! At least we know there, we are getting top-notch service and our animals are well cared for!“
“I am so grateful to Dr. Keppel and the staff for helping out my baby girl! We have been battling allergies for the last 10 years, with things getting totally unmanageable the last year. We saw Dr. Spicer that day and she was everything you'd want in a Veterinaria-enthusiastic and professional. We won't take our fur babies anywhere else.“

“The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the birds sanctuary in the waiting room. I was not expecting it and my bird dog flipped out. Next time I will bring her in her travel crate. Staff was extremely friendly and prices were treatment reasonable. My sick baby is not back to her healthy self.“

“Unfortunately, I had to bring my foster kitten here for an emergency that resulted in euthanasia. This was extremely depressing for me as it was a traumatic experience and I likely planned on keeping him. However, my experience here was as swift and kind as possible. The staff treated me very well and were quick to explain everything they could to me and were transparent about any costs I might be responsible for and kept everything open to me. They didn't push anything and were very calm and understanding about this difficult time. When I brought my kitten in, they were extremely quick to take him to the back before I even gave them any information which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them, they were very sensitive to this situation and gave him the love and care he needed before he passed. Thank you“
“Bruno and I love Sandy Paws! Bruno has been a patient there since his adoption almost seven years ago. This past September during his annual visit the doctor noticed a mass in his mouth that I had never seen. They quickly scheduled a biopsy and unfortunately it is Bone MLO, a cancer I'm not too familiar with. They recommended Capital Veterinary Specialists for the remaining mass removal. They also contacted the surgeon at Capital Veterinary Specialists to give them all of Bruno's information for me. I am confident that Bruno's future health will be in the best hands with Sandy Paws. Through all of this, the entire staff has been amazing! They care for Bruno like he is family. ? “
“Very caring people. They took my mini poodle in right away. I called bc she had been having heavy panting most of the day. It turned out that her heart rate & breathing were normal, but Dr Wright suggested having some heart tests taken in case of a more serious issue. She also said that I should speak to my vet about her diet, due to her digestive problems over the years. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is concerned about their pets health, especially during off hours, when most places are closed. I don't drive on the expressway any longer at my age, so it's nice to find a place easy to get too.Thank you all. ???♥️✝️“
