“EMed primary care clinic has a staff who are bilingual, friendly,& efficient. My appointment was at 10:30 with Dr Alex who was pleasant & answered any questions that I had & I was finished by 11;30…I’d say for a Dr’s office that is pretty darn good. I would definitely recommend this clinic.“

“I am shocked at the poor reviews that were made here. I am in from out of town and I attempted to make appointments with Baptist care spot and others. They would answer but the wait was long and the website to make appointments was inefficient. I saw this place and didn't want to call right away because of the reviews. Well they answered the phone immediately. The website was so quick and painless. I was immediately getting text updates. As I wasn't feeling well from the flu, cold, Covid or whatever I have, I came late. Luckily they weren't too busy. I was seen quickly. The front desk agent Pal, was so helpful and patient as I didn't have my insurance cards right away. They had masks and everything you needed right up front. Justin the RN took my vitals and was kind and so pleasant. Shortly after testing, I was seen by Maeve who did my examination. She was thoughtful and took her time with me. Answered all my questions and concerns. She had a plan of action immediately. Was able to get testing right in house. Directed me to the nearest pharmacy and encouraged me to follow up if for any reason the symptoms worsen. Typically I find the doctors rush me so this was such a pleasing change of pace. Anyhow, I saw later they do have amazing reviews on google. So I just wanted to thank them and encourage you to go here as my experience was surprisingly excellent! I often dread the process and you won't find that here.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by how great the level of care was here. We took our 5-month-old in for high fever and trouble breathing. Dr. Rodriguez really took her time with our daughter and didn't rush us out the door, but showed the utmost care and concern. Nurse Kori was so patient as she tried to get vitals on a wiggly, fussy baby. We got a couple breathing treatments while we were there and a prescription for antibiotics and detailed instructions. You can really tell that the workers here care! My baby is already doing much better.“
