Never fails to be an amazing experience. Everyone that works here is always amazing, caring, and understanding, especially since every time we go it’s because we’re having a bad day.
We took my one year old son because he was very sick, I reserved a spot online and was taken back almost immediately. Turns out he tested positive for RSV, I was terrified but the PA and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and so very kind. They gave us all the supplies we would need to tackle to virus at home. I’m very thankful we were able to avoid the ER and come here instead! Having an urgent care that caters to pediatrics and offers such great care so close by is amazing. I appreciate how well the staff treated us in one of the most scariest moments.
My 13 month old was up all night with a fever and my pediatricians office refused to make time to see him. No other pediatrician office would take a new patient. I found Pediatrix through a google search and I’m so glad I did. With my son’s fever, he was grumpy, but they were so patient and did everything to see what was going on with him. Incredibly kind staff. So glad I found them. I’ll absolutely come back!!
