I had a great experience after going to another urgent care last week and not getting any relief for a sore throat. I got in right when I arrived. Online check in was easy, front desk staff were helpful and kind, medical assistant listened well. When the doctor came back she checked me then could immediately track my symptoms and provided a great explanation. She sent in prescriptions and I am feeling so much better already. I had a miserable past week of symptoms and this visit was like a breath of fresh air.
The staff, nurses & Drs are AWESOME!! They are always professional, helpful & so compassionate. Unfortunately I’ve needed urgent care 4 or 5 times in the last few months so I do speak from experience!
Setting up an appointment was easy and quick. Once I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The wait was not too long to see a health professional and I started feeling better in no time! I will always come back to Avecina!
