Had an 8:30 appointment. Tech didn’t show up until 9 am. No apology, no explanation. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seen by doctor. Guarantee if I waltzed in for my appointment 30 minutes late I wouldn’t be seen and would be charged a missed appointment. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism. Won’t be back.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. And too bad I didn't read the other reviews. I see good reviews from 4 yrs ago and all bad reviews recently. I came in for an exam Dec 1st. The eye doctor said she doesn't normally work there. She wrote down 3 different prescriptions. They were supposed to order trial contacts but ordered one of the wrong prescriptions. I had to ask 3 times for the correct trial lenses to get ordered. By the time I got the trial lenses, it was January when I didn't have coverage for my lenses. First time ever at this location. I was not aware of a 10 min grace period, I arrived 7 min into that grace period BUT I couldn’t find the office. I walked in office 2 min after the grace period I was not aware of and I explained this to the young ladies up front and they still refused to move forward with me. They CLAIMED they would ask the doctor and DID NOT showing zero effort to help me when I drove over 25 miles for this much needed appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location AT ALL. I will be contacting corporate.
