I went to Dr Carvell recently looking for help with my contacts. She was a wonderful provider and really took time to understand what my needs were. Unfortunately, the many different lens combinations she tried were never better than the prescription I have had for the last 3 years so she put me back in the same lens, which I’m happy with. The office always called back when I called to request an adjustment and always professional.So, you must be wondering why I only gave the practice 4 stars. Had an appointment Monday the 6th for a 1st time glaucoma baseline exam. The individual staff member that did the preliminary testing was very professional and personable as well, which to me also is commendable. Melanie has been my eye doctor for over 20 years now and I can't say enough great things about her. To the point, she's one of, if not thee best "Doctor" of any field that I have ever had my entire adult life. I have in the past and will continue going forward to personally recommend her to anyone who needs an outstanding eye doctor..

I have known Dr Carvell since 2007. She is the most caring, professional doctor in the business. Her and Dr L go above and beyond for their patients. Both very knowledgeable. Office is clean and staff is great.
