I’ve been coming to America’s Best for years & have always loved the service. Today I worked with Donnell, the GM & he went above & beyond for me. 10’s across the board.
BEST customer service EVER. Tree fell on our house and during the insurance process my glasses somehow disappeared. Michele kindly helped me and thanks to having insurance on them, kindly replaced them for me. Recommmend everyone come in for the superb customer service!!
Sasha went above and beyond helping us dealing with an insurance issue. She literally was on the phone for twenty mins campaigning for us and was able to fix the issue. This appears to be par for the course for americas best on kernan in Jax
