Nadav Einav, the regional solutions director, was able to come over immediately to assess the situation and help with everything the project entailed. Nadav is a really personable guy and was able to answer any questions I had and offer solutions, making sure I had a thorough understanding. He did a fantastic job coordinating with the plumber I hired and keeping me updated every step of the way. I recommend Preferred Water Damage. “My house was flooded in early December when a sewage pipe broke on Village property I live on. After researching several companies I went with Anclote Restoration for complete restoration of my entire house. I have been satisfied with the quality of the work done for me. There were some issues you would expect as to what the budget allowed versus what the actual cost turned out to be. I choose to put vinyl throughout the entire house which I recently put down. I had put new carpet in the bedroom . So I had additional funding I was responsible for when I decided on vinyl in the bedroom instead of the carpet. But I was please with the overall outcome. I also found it difficult to understand replacement of the same material in the countertop since costs had gone up. Over all the finished project is quality work and I have been pleased with the quality.“

“My sink would not drain and waste water was backing up into my kitchen sink through the night. Unable to find a plumber that could come on Friday afternoon— the soonest was Monday— I lost hope. I finally came across Roto-Rooter, and within the two hour window, Austin and his trainee arrived on site. Using commercial equipment, they cleaned the drain 45 feet with a rotating bladed device. True professionals, this team was a reflection of American honor, respect, and dedicated customer service. Absolute reasonable rates— I was surprised!!! “Erin and the team at Paul Davis I can't say enough about them. Let me first say looking at other reviews on this page I can't help to notice the extremes in the reviews which leads me to believe something can't be all bad and all good with nothing in-between. That said, my experience with them has been fantastic. My situation is we had a water supply line come undone in my mom's house. She is 88 and my wife and I live next door and are her primary caregivers. When I was going over to start her day I could see water running down the driveway upon opening the garage door water was everywhere. Opening the door to the house was a shocker The water poured for about 5 hours or more and covered the entire floor of her home, 1498 sq ft. It was a bit of a fire drill at 8:00am. I called my insurance agent and within 2 hours Paul Davis was at my door and ready to get things handled. They showed up on time with a heads-up call to let us know of the ETA. Professional and courteous. Explained the procedures and the plan for execution. They delivered that A+ The process is moving along at a great pace and the lines of communications could not be better. I’m looking forward to working with Erin and her team to get the house back into shape and get mom back in her surroundings. I have experience in remodeling and running projects, so I know what this job entails and what questions to ask. I can’t speak for the bad reviews.
