My Insurance company sent out Paul Davis to assess some water damage to my bedroom, Erin came out she took pictures and did a graph, checked for moisture and left their equipment dehumidifiers for 5 days. Came twice to check on equipment and her and Nick were very friendly and answered whatever questions I had as best they could.
Erin and Nick were professional, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, engaging, patient when asked multiple questions, and timely in their response time. We highly recommended this team.
I had a house fire on Halloween. I signed the contract to start fixing my home on 11/2/23. Jaime kept me in the loop and helped me with the insurance process. Joe was amazing keeping me informed of every step and he even had us back in my house before Christmas which was awesome. The communication was excellent. It made a stressful situation a lot easier to cope with. My home looks just as beautiful as it was prior to the fire. Highly recommend.
