I recently used Preferred Water Damage to come out after a pipe leak in my home. Nadav Einav, the regional solutions director, was able to come over immediately to assess the situation and help with everything the project entailed. Nadav is a really personable guy and was able to answer any questions I had and offer solutions, making sure I had a thorough understanding. He did a fantastic job coordinating with the plumber I hired and keeping me updated every step of the way. I recommend Preferred Water Damage. They are fast to respond and excellent at communicating, which has helped alleviate a lot of stress from me during this situation.
The entire experience was fantastic! In addition to efficiently resolving the aftermath of a water leak they offered services to put the carpet, baseboards, etc. back in place. Start to finish my home was back in order in one week!! Would definitely recommend!
