“I’m giving them 5 stars because of how Brian handled a situation. The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse. This man went to the store and replaced the exact same woven shirt in my exact size. I was floored. No one does that. Most places would blame you for the damage and send you to hell. I got furloughed from my job and no longer have use for dry-cleaning but when I do I’ll use this service again.“

“My family and I have been coming to clover cleaners for the past 10+ years. We used to live in North Miami and have since then moved further north. On some days it’ll take almost 40 minutes to come here but despite that, I still make the trip due to the quality and attention to care for customers. They do a phenomenal job with my dress shirts dress pants amongst other clothing. Prices have gone up but again so have eggs ?‍♀️ Haven’t had an issue thus far. It’s a hidden gem and totally underrated. Managements a bit old school so they don’t really push their onlipresence. But they have a large client list of regulars and they’re always busy. 10/10 will come and continue to come in the future! ?“
