“We had a very nasty backup in both of our bathroom occur the morning before Hurricane Milton. We had drainage backing up into our tub, shower, and between our toilets and the floor.

We called Mr. Rooter immediately after the storm passed and Danny and Logan came out Saturday afternoon to snake all the lines and originally found a clump of wipes. Unfortunately this did not permanently solve the problem as the next time we did laundry, we had another backup.

Danny came back out the next day to re-snake from the roof vents and saw a couple more clumps of debris which he was not able to grab.

He suggested that they cut a section of our main drain pipe and do a hydro jet of our discharge pipes to clear out all the debris.

Doing this resolved the problem as we have had no issues since and all our drains seem to be flowing much much better now.

Kudos to Danny and Logan who came out multiple times and worked very hard to resolve our issues so quickly.“
