I usually hate frames because they all look alike or I don't feel they look right on me. He went above and beyond. I had no idea you could use sunglass frames for glasses. “Perfect place to take your vision prescription. I went here last year and was very happy with the service. Ended up getting a pair of frames I loved. Unfortunately I broke the frames while packing to move and I was going to replace the frames but I think I accidentally threw them out. I got my eyes checked this year. Cause of the service I just got the prescription and went back. Was going to get same frames but had a double whammy. Not only did they no longer have the frames but they didn't take my new insurance. But yet again the service was outstanding and will continue to go back if I change to an insurance they accept.“

“I just moved to the area and was looking for an eye doctor close to me. Their website was current and easy to navigate and I find that important when considering a new business or service provider. I was able to get in right away with Dr Sutton for an eye exam. Their office is modern, clean, and state of the art. The front desk staff could not be nicer. Dr Sutton confirmed my suspicion that I need a stronger prescription, and he also told me a lot about Jax since I am new here, which I appreciated. When my contacts were taking longer to arrive than expected, because of a production issue, the receptionist gladly offered me a second trial pair to hold me over. I also received a hand written thank you note from them, which always leaves an impression on me. Highly recommend.“
