Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. The office gal was very efficient. I received an email yesterday with the technician’s name as well as informing that he would call when he was on the way. He did exactly that. Chris told my husband that the problem with our guest room sink is the cartridge and that Moen has a life time warranty.
