United Plumbing provided excellent service in fixing a plumbing problem in our home. The office staff was responsive in setting an appointment, and the plumber, Jason, arrived on time. Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. I recommend United Plumbing as a reputable company with excellent customer relations and professional employees.
We had to replace our water heater and called United at noon on Monday(02/06). Carlos and his helper arrived before noon on Tuesday. They completed the job in 2 hours. They were efficient, pleasant and provided follow up instructions. We were pleased and when the need arises, we'll call them right away. J. J.
