Chris serviced us today. He was very nice and did a great job.I called and scheduled our appointment for a new water heater as well as an issue with our guest room sink. The office gal was very efficient. I received an email yesterday with the technician’s name as well as informing that he would call when he was on the way. He did exactly that. Chris told my husband that the problem with our guest room sink is the cartridge and that Moen has a life time warranty. Chris told my husband to call Moen for the cartridge and showed him how to install it.My husband was very impressed with this experience and he’s not easily pleased. Thank you.

We have used WC several times and they have been great to work with on plumbing issues. The tech, Christopher, was on time, knowledgeable and actually explained in detail what was happening...for that alone, I am a supporter.

Had whole house water system installed. Quick install and immediately noticed better quality water. Have used WC many times before for all plumbing needs from updated of old copper pipes to toilet and drain issues. Definitely recommend
