“10/10, I initially showed up to purchase a couple Miele Vac’s for my business. Rather than selling me on the most expensive product, the staff informed me of the different features their other vacuums have and how they can better fit my business needs. In the end, I walked out spending half the budget I had planned, we’re on month 3 of using the RICCAR Deluxe vacuums and absolutely love them. We have had one issue since using them for 3-6 hours 5 days a week, and that was the thermal reset. I brought the vac into the shop, and they had everything repaired under warranty in less than 24 hours.
