“Scheduled an appointment very easily and quickly to assess the issue with our washer. The day of arrival, we realized our dryer wasn’t working properly, so our service professional, Dave determined the problem with the dryer as well. Needed to order one part, but came back and fixed both machines within the week- even during the holidays. Dave was knowledgeable and friendly, and the work was performed just as described in a timely fashion. He explained everything in detail, and weighed options with how to proceed. Prices were reasonable, considering how expensive everything is these days. I would reach out to this company again without hesitation if/when we need an appliance repaired! We had a great experience!“
