My Minka Artemis fan stopped working. Even though I didn't buy it from Just Fans (shame on me), Phil went more than the extra mile to help me. Researching the part I likely needed to repair the fan, he learned my fan is "smart." He then walked me through resetting the fan on the phone. I have light! I have fan! I can't wait to buy a fan from Just Fans. You shouldn't wait either!

I got 2 fans. One for the living and one with a light for my office. Living room is making grinding noises on and off. I told them my needs and wants and sales person came up with two fabulous fans. Much better quality than at the big stores and very reasonable prices. They know their business and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed. You don't get that at the big stores.P.S. under new ownership.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a fan from another company and the box was missing some of them blade screws. I took one of the screws in and showed them and they immediately knew what type of screw I needed and was able to find some so I could finish hanging the fan. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
