Luckily he was working nearby and he kindly agreed to come by and take a look. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem and was super helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions. He knew exactly what our problem was with our washing machine, brought the part, and installed it in about 45 minutes. He was friendly and very helpful.
