It was my first time going yesterday. I had so much fun. They made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into nellys salon. I’m Dominican American and I felt like I was in DR. It felt homey. Nelly and her staff are so sweet and warm and FUNNY! I had so much fun. The hospitality is out of this world too! The ambiance and the energy and the vibes are immaculate! We even did karaoke and good God that was even more fun! I recommend her services 100% without a doubt with my eyes closed! Tim is a fabulous hair stylist!!!! I'm so grateful I found Tim! After hurricane Ian, (my regular salon on sanibel was destroyed) I've struggled finding a new stylist. I had a disappointing (bad) haircut elsewhere months ago and have been hesitant scheduling my next cut with someone new. My color needed some desperate help as well. I had a pronounced grow out color line. Tim figured out my thin (bad bob grown out) hair and knew just what to do to make my hair come back to life. Tim has the eye and talent! He also helped me with my color (which he didn't have to since my scheduled time was only for a cut). 10min balayage style perfect blend match made me feel like a million bucks. I'm so grateful. Highly recommend this salon! It was my first time in, I was able to get a walk in appointment. I have long thick hair and asked for a choppy layered look. My hairdresser was Loranai (I hope that’s the correct spelling) and she was AMAZING; very talented, knowledgable about hair, thorough, and gives an incredible head massage during the shampoo. I will definitely be back for maintenance cuts with her. The salon has a great environment, too,

It wasn’t easy but with Sonia’s patience and expertise, I walked out feeling so much better. That was in 2019 and she’s been my stylist ever since. Literally the best place to get a cut. My son has sensory issues and was absolutely terrified walking in the door once he knew he was getting a haircut. This team of barbers made my son feel so comfortable with the process. One barber gave up his phone so my son could watch toy story and the one that was actually trimming his hair gave him a buzzer to hold and a blow dryer so he knew exactly what to expect when the tools were being used on him. My son completely stopped crying and even gave the barber a high five because he was so happy. My son is only 3 years old and I would absolutely return to this shop. They are truly the best I've ever seen.

The salon is also very clean and all instruments are cleaned and disinfected after each use. Prices are very competitive and there are special prices for seniors.Easy to access and plenty of free parking.

Taylor is incredibly talented and always goes out her way to make sure I have the best experience and cut possible. My wife won’t even let me get a haircut anywhere else that’s how great they are! I’ve had the best experience seeing Dana. She makes her clients feel so special and comfortable. Her studio is also always clean and organized. She listens to her clients because she wants to make you happy but will also guide you by telling you what she thinks will look best for your eye shape. One of my favorite things about having Dana as my lash tech is that the lash retention is too good!! When I go in for my three week appointment I don’t even look like I need a fill. Dana keeps me feeling beautiful.
I had made an appointment with Totally Bare Skin for my first time visit .Not knowing what I was going to expect .I didn’t read reviews but went anyway I had met with Bibiana my technician who was very sweet and kind and pleasant , she has made me feel so comfortable and eased my mind an assured me that I will be fine when doing the bleaching on my privates needing to lighten it up due to menopause and aging . I had also booked an appointment somewhere else for Waxing prior to my visit with Totally bare skin and this other location would had change me if I cancelled appointments or else I would of done my waxing with Bibiana, I got to my appointment at the other location and when I went back for the service the technician was a young adult she was nice but didn’t make me feel comfortable and I felt discriminated, The lady told me the she couldn’t do my wax for my privates which I have never done before the technician said that my hairs was to short so I had left ! I called Bibiana and told her what had happened to me and Bibiana said to me to come back and she will take care of me which I was so happy that she made time for me ! Again I’ve never had my privates waxed !! Bibiana was awesome caring and handled me with white cloves ! I will give Totally Bare my services !! A 1 serves

Carrie is one of the most professional & smartest skin care specialists I have ever met. She knows about every product how it works on the skin and reacts to the environment. She recognized a hormonal skin problem I had right away and recommended a peel. She told me she does not offer the peel service in the hot summer to wait till fall for proper healing. Mary at the front desk was super sweet, warm, & welcoming....& I have really triggering anxiety in social settings.... so thank you Mary!!! I went in for a massage... I haven't had one in years.... I was very hesitant... I had a bad experience in Costa Rica...& after that .. another in south Florida where the dude just destroyed my shoulder blade... I had no ROM for a month... it was debilitating.... I was super scared to have another massage therapist do a deep tissue on my back. Let me tell you......Wendy is the master of the craft. I finally found my home. I plan to see her once a month for a massage... I feel sooooo good. My shoulders feel incredible & she was sooooo strong!!! Needed to have one ear repierced. The ear was originally pierced with a gun, about 50 years ago and due to an illness it grew shut. I made an appointment with them because of the fantastic ratings by other customers. Mike was just fantastic walked me through everthing they do. No gun piercing just a gentle needle! I never realizzed when he did it. Got 2 trainer earrings one for each ear so they would match! Very clean building, door is kept locked to the outside all the time after you are admitted. Appointents are done on-line, very easy. IF I every want another piercing this is the only place I would go. By the way I am a 76 year old that's been married for 52 years today. My husband has given me beautiful earrings over the years and I truly have missed wearing them for about the past year. They truly are Needful Things!!! Thanks Mike!
I wasn't able to make it in to get tattooed by Fletch, but the communication was exceptional! Whenever I travel from out of town I try to hit up local tattoo shops. Fletch tried really hard to make it work with my crazy schedule and it just didn't happen because of me. One of my best girl friends and I had been wanting another tattoo so we were determined on our trip to get one!! My friend came across Art and Soul and once she told me the name, it was all I needed to know. The lady at the front greeted us so kindly and made us feel so welcomed!! We got our tattoos done by Bear (who is a 10 out of 10 in himself!!). He really made us feel comfortable and at ease. Though this tattoo was a simple one, you could tell by his work that he has done some amazing pieces. I highly recommend !!!

I called and told what the phone taker the problem was in my kitchen: no drainage. Marcus was sent out the next day and fixed the problem. He also put in a new drain that was leaking. Good customer service skills, able to get along with a guide dog puppy (she was very curious what he was doing under the sink), and explained everything he was doing. Good job Marcus!

I had a small electrical problem and after calling the company, Bob, the owner called me back and walked me through the problem on the phone and I was able to resolve the problem without anyone coming out to the house and without incurring an expense. I could understand the owner doing this if I was a good customer but this was my FIRST call to the company. I will never use another electric company again. Bob and is firm is FIRST Rate. I cancelled and called the Port Charlotte AA Action Electric office. Dave had Jamie come out that afternoon & within an hour it was completed. I had previously used AA Action Electric after the hurricane and I will never call anyone else. They are honest, caring, professional and reasonably priced. Amazing service! NIC Group cleaned the carpets upon our move out. We had a small window of time between moving everything out and when we needed to turn keys in. I let them know we had finished moving out and someone came over right away. They fit us in between multiple jobs and everything worked out perfectly! Carpet was cleaned in under an hour for a 2 bedroom townhouse. They even steamed the entryway tiles on the way out. On top of that, the price was the best I found anywhere. Would recommend!

I would like to start by saying 5 stars is not enough for this company. We use Green & Clean for our POOL SERVICE company. Our pool is cleaned 3 times per week. Our pool has never looked so good!!! Our service tech is "Dean" and he is a very knowledgeable and easy guy to work with. Dean is always on-time before anyone gets to the pool and does an awesome job. Dean keeps our association fully informed of everything that is done to keep our pool in tip top shape by completing a comprehensive checklist indicating everything he does at each and every visit which is very helpful. Whenever I ask him to do something special he always complies. The company is always there whenever we need them. If Dean is out, another tech will come in his place. Completed a great conceptual drawing of new landscaping for our home. Didn't finish as selecting plants wasn't as easy as I expected. The time got away and now it's too late to plant with us leaving for the summer. Will do some research over the summer and revisit the plan in the fall.

Highly recommend Juniper Farms for your new sod or landscaping needs. We contacted them for pricing based on a friend’s recommendation and their pricing turned out to be the best we came across. They were able to get us right on the schedule for the very next week and I went and picked out a couple of trees which they also installed for us since hurricane Ian took our original trees out. They did incredible work and had everything done in one day while we were away at work. All I had to do was come home to see beautiful new grass and trees! I can’t praise them enough! The first picture is from May 7th the day it was installed, second picture is June 1st and the third picture is August 9th. The trees have come out and blossomed beautifully and the grass has rooted so well too! We also have three dogs so it’s holding up very well to their chaos out there. Again, I can’t praise Juniper Farms enough for their amazing and quick work!

I am FOREVER grateful for Lopez and his fantastic crew!!! During Hurricane Ian a few of my invasive Australian Pines leaned a bit. The largest one with the most swept area leaned enough to break the foundation of my barn and I knew another storm would bring it toppling onto my house. Lopez has repeatedly done tree and landscape service for my mother so I knew they could be trusted. I called and he requested some pictures and my address to give an accurate estimate. The price was well worth it and unquestionably a cheaper alternative to the catastrophe waiting to happen. The schedule was set and a price quoted. On the morning of July 13 the crew showed up on time. It was humid and still but the crew immediately went to work. I expected a full onslaught of cutting and clearing but they took a different approach. First they made sure nothing would be damaged. Sheets of plywood were used to protect my lanai, and a plan to drop limbs controllably was implemented. They don't just let gravity do the work, they lower each cutting to the ground to prevent roof and soffit damage. Quite impressive was their expert and methodical approach. Limb by limb I watched my problem disappear and slowly watch this giant tree become a stump. I am extremely pleased and cannot imagine calling anybody but Lopez. He and his expert crew are exceptionally well mannered and courteous. You can guarantee that Lopez is the solution to your tree problems. Look no further.

Palm king did a great job taking down a 100 ft black olive tree in our front yard. NEVER had a moment of fear about our house or drive way. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP VERY WELL WHEN ALL DONE. SO THANKFUL FOR THEIR GREAT WORK.

Had a front veneer fall off and needed to be recemented - their staff seems to be very experienced and very reasonable prices for out of town people that insurance won't cover They took 2 X-rays and cemented veneer and looks great for $140 a deal

Dr Avonlea Keedy fit me in for an urgent need while I was in from out of town. I had growing nerve pain on the left shoulder from straining my neck two weeks prior. She worked me over with several processes and got me back to comfortable and functional on my first visit. Also gave me excellent follow-up instructions and advice. She is very professional, very kind, and very effective.

Historically, after every visit with Dr. Cole Streets I felt improvement. I have seen Dr. Streets for different acute issues, rather than chronic, since 2018 ...and every time he nailed it! I ALWAYS left his office feeling educated about whatever issue was going on with me and how to help remedy it. I always recommend him to family and friends - ALWAYS. His office is wonderful!! This is a small private practice so it almost feels like family when you walk in. That's how welcoming they are. I 100% recommend this Doctor and his staff! They are genuine, professional, caring, knowledgeable and accommodating and only do what's necessary--not what's going to run up the charges.

I've been seeing chiropractors for over 25 years now, and Dr Beringer is the best chiropractor I've ever seen in my life. He's always courteous, up front about his pricing and you don't need to worry about insurance issues. Is out of pocket prices or better than your copay for most insurance companies. Which really doesn't matter considering the chiropractor that your insurance is paying probably isn't as good as Dr Barringer. It's not always about the money, service and outcome is priority.

Exceptional Dermatologist!!! Dr. Martin is a very personable, thorough and appropriately-conservative Dermatologist!I am a Dentist and have done intra-oral exams, oral biopsies and surgeries for many years. I leaned that too many practitioners tend to want to do surgical removal of questionable lesions (irregular spots, growths, etc) too quickly...and I had a previous, local Dermatologist that was that type of "surgery happy" physician. I do understand that a pathology report can show some irregular cells, but that does not always mean that surgery should be done immediately or even done at all.Fortunately, I spoke with some respected acquaintances who highly recommended Dr. Martin. After a few appointments, I quickly realized that Dr. Martin is truly an ethical practitioner that will only recommend a treatment that is really necessary, and I would certainly be comfortable with any of his suggestions. I give Dr. Jeffrey Martin my very highest of recommendations!

Sasha is my 13 year old daughters puppy and she and I are SO grateful for the amazing care and love that they showed us. After we left, Valeri texted me with her personal phone number and told me to text her with any concerns or questions. She has texted several times to check on our puppy and has answered every single text that I’ve sent to her. There’s not enough stars to push for our gratefulness…..

I’ll start by saying THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Dr. Rohlk and Maryanne are outstanding and very comforting. Dr Rohlk got my very wiggly dog to sit still for her vaccinations and she didn’t even flinch!! You can tell they genuinely care for your pets health and not just in it for the money. Maryanne explained some very important details to us that no other vet has ever taken their time to do including giving us a list of what’s best for both my cat and dog food, bowl and treat wise. I’m never going anywhere else for my pets needs! Thank you:)

My dog recently went blind over a few days. Even though they could not diagnose the issue because they referred me to a neurologist, they were very friendly and informative. When your fur baby is going through something, it is truly appreciated when someone care enough to explain and help as much as they can.
Our large Labradoole mix has been going to Dr. Ewert at South Gate since we adopted her as a puppy. My husband & I adored this dog. Fortunately, she was healthy most of her life & saw her vet for routine check ups, heartworm prevention & shots. As she aged, she had arthritis, an occasional urinary tract infection or ear infecton. Each time we took her in for a problem, Dr. Ewert explained in detail the infection, how to avoid another, and gave directions for the medication we took home. Once, he drew a diagram of a dog's ear for me to completely understand her infection. He was always spot on with diagnosis & provided me with the Rx & treatment my dog needed. Sadly, last week, Dr. Ewert and his vet tech, Jessica, had to put down our 12 yr old beloved girl. She was beginning to suffer from cancers Dr. Ewert discovered several months ago and we couldn't treat. The kindness, compassion & support this vet and his assistant gave to my dog and me on one of the hardest days of my life, were incredible. I will be forever grateful. I never felt my dog & I were just another patient and owner. Dr. Ewert and Jessica treated us with loving care. South Gate is not just a business where these two special people earn a living. They are excellent in treating your pets, but also care. And they care a lot! Sande Carrington

The staff is great and very loving with my pets. The vets take good care at attending to their medical needs. However, I feel they are a bit pricey. They use to charge $25.00 for fecal exams. Now they charge about double that amount and they have raised prices in other areas as well.

My standard poodle absolutely loves it here and I love the great customer service and communication when I leave him for overnight stays. We've done both daycare and boarding and he always comes home happy and worn out from playing with so many friends all day.
I’m a dentist and I have a hard time even brushing our dogs teeth so I was skeptical about how my dog would be without anesthesia. She cleaned every bit of calculus out of my dogs mouth in less than an hour. Beats every price in south Florida also.

She has continually provided amazing grooming services for our furry family members and goes above and beyond to accommodate our dogs and their needs. Her daughter Alex also has always gone above and beyond, in addition to running a busy ship and clearly communicating when our dogs are ready for pick up. If you live near their business and love your furry friend, do them a favor and trust them with the best family style grooming business in SWFL. I have never been disappointed with their services. And Dee and her style prowess and knowledge can groom your puppies to show level beauty! I've been getting my standard poodle groomed here for about a year now and I cannot say enough good things about them. My energetic boy can be a handful, but his groomer Andrea allows him the time he needs to get his puppy wiggles out. He always looks fantastic and most importantly to me, he's excited to see the staff which says he's having a good time getting his hair done.

My second class was with Kim and she is an absolute master of her craft. Her guidance through the movements was completely seamless, it all just flowed together so beautifully. The guidance she provided through each pose and how it related to the body and mind was amazing. The sound bath experiences at both classes were... wow... indescribable. I cannot wait to learn and grow with these amazing women!

Matt McGowan is a five star physical therapist. After multiple foot surgeries on both feet my surgeon/podiatrist recommended ReEnvision for physical therapy. Matt assessed my condition thru a battery of simple exercises and tests and decided to concentrate my therapy more towards balance than strength. We worked on various exercises on site and with at home exercises which he gave me. Towards the end of my time we worked on various pickleball moves which will allow me to return to the game. Note: my PT took place inside the LA Fitness location at Gulf Coast which allowed me to use any apparatus known to man to improve my fitness. Matt McGowan was a wonderful therapist and a super nice guy. I give him my highest recommendation.
Jody is a very gifted physical therapist who individualizes her treatments to meet each patient’s unique needs. She listens, evaluates, and continuously adjusts her treatments using her great wealth of knowledge and expertise. She keeps up with the latest knowledge and techniques by attending conferences and seminars with trainings on cutting edge procedures. I have made significant progress and am amazed how well her treatments have improved my quality of life. Jody is brilliant with tremendous knowledge, experience, and training. She is compassionate and caring. She even suggests exercises, programs, and products to continue my progress on my own at home. No matter how much pain and weakness I have when I arrive at Wholistic Motus, I feel so much better and stronger when I leave.

After shoulder surgery, for rotator cuff repair, I was referred to physical therapy. Upon discovering that a Back In Motion physical therapist was available in my community, I called their office to begin scheduling. Tiffany, in scheduling, assured me that I could begin therapy within a few days. I met the therapist, Dr. Aspen Hixon, whom I found to be very professional and friendly. Dr. Hixon followed my surgeon's protocol, working with me twice a week to return my range of motion and strength. I also met with Dr. Scott Gray a couple of times when he checked on my progress. I am very pleased with the results provided by Dr. Hixon, as well as the kind, personal interactions with Dr. Gray and Tiffany. I have been with Dr. Candelore for nearly 21 years. To me she is the best of the best - Listens, offers sound advice, is respectful, kind, is smart and very responsive to whatever I have needed. Her office staff is wonderful as well. It is with much regret, I learned she is leaving. I am so saddened by this. I pray I will find someone as caring as she.

Dr. Snow is honestly the best acupuncturist and herbalist whose services I have ever used!!! I am originally from another state, and started getting acupuncture and herbs around 2002. I have tried quite a few acupuncture doctors over the years, many I never went back to after 1 treatment! Based on my long experience, I could easily see how thorough he is with his examinations in testing your wrist pulses and examining the tongue for help with diagnosing. He is excellent at explaining in simple terms how his observations relate to the particular organ systems in your body. He is so patient, kind and caring. His herbal knowledge is superb! You rarely find that here in my part of Florida. The herbs work together with the acupuncture to help heal or manage your health problems. Dr. Snow treats all kinds of health problems, and is especially good with gut-related problems. I am doing better overall with his care. I hope to be a long time patient in his practice.
