Andy was great! He was on time. professional. AND he had my dishwasher fixed so fast my husband actually didn’t believe me when i said he was already done! BONUS he played with my cats who were VERY interested in what he was doing. gotta love a repair tech with a heart! thank you andy and thank you mr appliance!
Adrienne was an incredible example of every way in which Mr Appliance operates their business. She was thorough in her inspection, and spot-on in diagnosing the issue with our "million-dollar" Miele Fridge unit. The service call pricing was far below what we had expected for the outstanding service we received. From the appointment clerk, to Adrienne, to the timely electronic follow-up, we received MORE than we asked; we've paid a TON more for a lot less!
