After dealing with several other mental health facilities it was clear from the beginning that this place was different. The owners spent 90 minutes on a zoom call with us (on a Saturday morning)to discuss our daughter's needs before we even committed to treatment. We were skeptical after having other programs make promises to us that did not happen after she entered treatment. This was not the case with SB.She was paired with a fantastic therapist (shout out to Deana) who has been her biggest supporter and equally supportive to us as well. “Dr. Cardonne is AMAZING!!!!! I've never seen a psychiatrist so caring and thorough. He's a gem. He's the reason I've stayed. Also, NP Marcia is caring. Admin not so much. To make an appointment sounds like a disconnected call center. Extremely difficult to get records to short term disability, etc. practice manager and Amber have really helped with this. Latasha is a ray of sunshine! Really miss Patty Villa representing them in the community. Giant heart and commitment to practice and helping those she knows get connected to trouble shoot.“
