My psychiatrist in Oakland Park is a great facility. The office is pleasant and comfortable; the staff at the front are friendly and very responsive with appointment reminders; and most importantly my doctor Shawn Shekar is fantastic! He is very easy to talk to and regularly participates with feedback and affirmation. He seems to genuinely care about my well being and offering me the most effective treatment. Thank you for the support and assistance in helping me work through some tough issues.

This place is great. The staff is amazing but I will say I’m a little disappointed that Latasha is no longer allowed to hug the patients. That was highlight of my visit. Hopefully management and people who complained about it will get over it and let her do her thing. It’s a therapy office and her attitude is amazing.
