“The doctor at UM Sports Institute recommended the Force to me for therapy to relieve lower back pain. My therapist devised a unique treatment plan to strengthen those muscles and muscle groups that support my back with the goal of relieving and ultimately eliminating the pain. My sessions include electric stimulation, laser treatment, massage therapy and exercises that target the areas to be strengthened. The exercise blocks vary within each session, making each session different. My therapist is with me for the entire session. Based upon my treatment regimen and my observation of the treatments given to others, many of which are elite athletes less than one third of my age, I can unequivocally say the therapists at the Force are highly skilled professionals who identify and understand the needs of their patients and have the ability to provide the path and motivation to achieve the patients’ goals. In my case, I am much stronger than I was and have significantly less pain than I did before I met the Force.“
