“I worked with Arthur for 10 sessions and it was completely transformative. I came to Arthur with low level pain and anxiety related an old back injury that radiated to my knee. I was afraid to do prolonged exercise because I worried I would make it worse or exhaust me. Arthur's in-depth knowledge of anatomy and the fascia resulted in my anxiety being lifted in a few sessions. As a result, I immediately doubled the lengths of my swimming workouts. Gradually, ,I could walk at length without hip pain. The body work was pretty intense at first. I really needed the recommended baths after the first few sessions. As my body responded, Arthur was able to work deeply on the areas that were the most constricted. By the end, I walked away feeling like I finally feel good in my own body. “Woke up in a hotel overseas with an upper right shoulder pain radiating to the arm. Pain increased to a very debilitating level in the following days. Managed to fly back home, went to ER twice basically for IV pain killers, visited a neurologist a week later who believes I have a pinched nerve or might have herniated a disc and nothing helped until a friend of mine recommended Kimberly. The pain is still here and I am hoping it will go away on itself sometime soon, but after an appointment with Kimberly and following her advice on icing and exercise, it became manageable.
