I love this amazing team of pelvic floor specialists! The care I received during my pregnancy was very customized and detail oriented to my personal goals. Every time I left my appointments I left more relaxed, empowered, and relieved from the different pregnancy aches and pains! Dr. Lauren and her associate Dr. Won-Mi are kind, empathic, and wonderful experts in their fields and I highly recommend to any woman out there at any stage of life. Dr. Lauren is such a kind, knowledgeable, and personable physical therapist. Sessions with her are truly a highlight of the day, because you’re not just getting the physical therapy you came for, but an amazing human who is fun to talk to! She holds expertise in this realm, and yet is able to really make it easy for a layman to understand.
SHE PT is phenomenal!As you walk in, its not your ordinary physical therapy experience, you are greeted with very kind staff and by a spa like atmosphere.Dr Lauren is knowledgeable, affable and very effective in her treatments. Cannot put a price on the full experience and one on one undivided attention and treatment that you get from SHE PT. Wish I found her services sooner.
